The Club 3510 Cuisine

The 3510 Dishes and Drinks

If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world.

J.R.R. Tolkien

We love food. Exploring delicacies are some of our life’s passions: the textures of Nasi Lemak, the colorful bowl of Bibimbap, the mild and delightful taste of Sashimi can bring us to places we haven’t been, remember the cities we loved, and influence our decisions in where to visit next.

Beef Quesadilla

Every dish has a story to tell. Filled with history and culture, you just know when its Filipino, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish, or Indian. It’s like pleasure reading, from the pages of history to travel magazines; only edible!

Hunting spices call for adventure. Taste me, find me, come here, it says. Suddenly you find yourself in the busy streets of China Town or in the food alleys of Bangkok, looking for that one particular spice that will set that dish apart. This makes our blood run!

For friendship and goodwill. Nothing beats cooking for someone, especially when done with luvvv. It’s the fastest way to break the ice, to forge friendships, to say I’m sorry, and to whisper I love you. We believe that food is not only for sustenance but an expression that comes from the heart.

Bibimbap

The pursuit of freedom. There is a liberating sense when you know how to cook and that’s Club 3510 Recipes are all about. We have collected, researched, conducted, documented, kitchen-tested, and photographed the recipes that made the world a cozier place. So let’s enjoy, celebrate, and learn more about food! And like J.R.R. Tolkien had mentioned, it would be a merrier world.

Once again, welcome to Club 3510.

Now, it’s your turn to invite someone for dinner.
